- Knowledge about market leading tools and approaches of Automations - Experience in creating Solution documents, customer presentations. Good To Have - In-depth knowledge of any technology (SCCM, Intune, O365, M365, VDI, Citrix) - Transformation expertise (Migration , experience in Merger and acquisition projects) - Expertise in Voice platforms (Avaya, Cisco, Genesys) - Contemporary Device Management Implementation - Transition Overviews for Solutioned People, process, and technology - Part of Due Diligence Sessions/Activities
