What would you do?

- Qualifications & Experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
- Significant experience in controllership, financial reporting and statutory compliance.
- Solid knowledge of IFRS, financial statement preparation, consolidation and taxation.
- Experience managing external audits, internal controls and regulatory compliance.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership and commun
- Oversee financial reporting and ensure integrity of all accounting principles and procedures Manage core accounting billing cash and receivables processes Ensure compliance with local and statutory tax compliance rules
- Intercompany accounting is the recording of financial transactions between two different entities that are related by the same parent company. What are we looking for?

- Balances execution delivery with governance, documentation quality, and sustainable process improvement.
- Develops team capability by providing direction, context, feedback, and support during peak cycles. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Key Responsibilities - Global Process Tower Lead, Intercompany
- Lead intercompany process governance across relevant stakeholders with focus on standardization, transformation, timely closure of month end close, and control adherence.
- Review and monitor key intercompany metrics, reconciliations, aged balances and governance requirements.
- Manage intercompany process risks, open actions, escalations, and dependencies through structured follow up and clear communication.
- Partner with country finance, Local process tower leads, tax, and global process teams to support consistent treatment and documentation of intercompany activities.
- Guide team members on priorities, deliverables, timelines, and quality expectations during close, review, compliance, and project cycles.
- Manage initiatives from planning through completion by defining scope, owners, milestones, dependencies, outcomes, and escalation paths.
- Support handover planning, knowledge transfer, and process continuity to reduce dependency risk during critical finance cycles.
- Drive standardization, process improvements, automation and operational excellence initiatives.
- Provide subject matter expertise on intercompany accounting processes.
- Support Country Controllers on complex accounting matters, strategic requests, and intercompany-related escalations.
