We're looking for a CRO Specialist who loves analysing customer behaviour, uncovering opportunities, and turning insights into measurable revenue growth.

What You'll Do

- Conduct CRO audits for Shopify stores.
- Analyse user behaviour using GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, and Shopify Analytics.
- Identify conversion bottlenecks across the customer journey.
- Develop hypotheses and execute A/B tests.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and Shopify developers to implement winning experiments.
- Optimise landing pages, product pages, collection pages, cart, and checkout experiences.
- Track and improve key metrics such as Conversion Rate,



Add-to-Cart Rate, AOV, and Revenue per Visitor.
- Present insights and recommendations to clients.

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in CRO or eCommerce optimisation.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify stores.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-first mindset.
- Experience with:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Microsoft Clarity
- Hotjar
- Google Tag Manager
- Shopify Analytics
- Understanding of UX principles and customer psychology.
- Experience running A/B tests and interpreting results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
