- Role Purpose
- The V&A; Controllership Support Hub provides standardized finance and accounting support for acquired entities during integration and post-go-live stages. The CL12 Associate will execute assigned accounting, reconciliation, documentation, reporting and follow-up activities using approved procedures, templates and accounting guidance. - Oversee financial reporting and ensure integrity of all accounting principles and procedures Manage core accounting billing cash and receivables processes Ensure compliance with local and statutory tax compliance rules

- Accounting and controls Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial close, reconciliations, supporting evidence and internal controls.
- Analytical skills Ability to collect, organize and analyze data; identify differences, missing information and exceptions; and document findings clearly.
- Excel and systems Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Exposure to SAP or another ERP system and BlackLine or another reconciliation tool is desirable.

- Key Responsibilities
- - Support financial accounting and reporting activities for acquired entities, including preparation of accounting workings, journal support, reconciliations and variance commentary.
- - Assist with purchase accounting schedules and supporting documentation based on instructions and accounting guidance provided by V&A; Controllership reviewers or subject matter experts.




- - Support affiliate accounting activities, including tracking required entries, following up for inputs and maintaining complete supporting documentation.
- - Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations in the applicable reconciliation tool, investigate reconciling items and follow up on aged or unresolved balances.
- - Support post go-live activities such as cash accounting, balance sheet clearing, account reconciliation, reporting and issue tracking.
- - Assist with accounting support for intangible assets, intercompany transactions, employee-related acquisition costs and integration transactions, based on approved guidance.
- - Maintain deal trackers, checklists, issue logs, supporting files and handover documentation accurately and within agreed timelines.
- - Extract, organize and analyze financial data using SAP or other ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, BlackLine and approved finance tools.
- - Coordinate with V&A; team members, Finance Transition Services, finance towers, country controllership teams and other stakeholders to obtain inputs and evidence.
- - Identify incomplete documentation, control gaps, reconciliation differences, overdue actions and process exceptions, and escalate them promptly to the designated reviewer.
- - Support monthly, quarterly and year-end activities in accordance with defined timelines, internal controls and Company policies.
- - Contribute to process documentation, standardization, automation and continuous-improvement initiatives within the Support Hub.
