Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes for assigned clients.
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual financial projections.
- Analyze revenue, labor, departmental expenses, and profitability trends.
- Prepare variance analysis comparing actual results against budget and forecast.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Develop KPI dashboards and operational scorecards.

Financial Reporting & Controller Responsibilities

- Review monthly financial statements and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.
- Validate balance sheet reconciliations and accounting schedules.
- Monitor working capital, cash flow, and liquidity requirements.
- Review journal entries, accruals, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and intercompany activities.

Hospitality Industry Support

- Analyze hotel operational metrics including:
- Occupancy %
- ADR (Average Daily Rate)
- RevPAR
- GOP
- Labor Cost %
- Departmental Profitability
- Partner with General Managers and Operations Teams to identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct benchmarking and trend analysis.
- Support franchise reporting and lender reporting requirements.

Real Estate Portfolio Support

- Review property-level financials and investment performance.
- Monitor NOI, Cap Rate,



Occupancy Trends, and Cash Flow.
- Analyze lease-related income and property operating expenses.
- Support investor and ownership reporting.

Client Relationship Management

- Serve as primary finance contact for assigned clients.
- Present monthly financial results and business insights during review meetings.
- Respond to client queries and provide strategic recommendations.
- Build long-term relationships with client stakeholders.

Team Leadership

- Review work performed by Senior Accountants and Accounting Managers.
- Train and mentor accounting professionals.
- Establish best practices and process improvements.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and delivery timelines.

Process Improvement & Automation

- Identify opportunities for automation and reporting enhancements.
- Improve reporting packages and dashboard capabilities.
- Partner with technology teams to streamline workflows.
