Job Summary

We are looking for a Control Room Operator to monitor production operations, maintain production data, and coordinate with Production, Maintenance and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor plant operations through the control/RS View system.
- Monitor and report system alarms, faults and production issues.
- Maintain hourly production, quality and material usage data.
- Maintain production records and documentation.
- Coordinate with Production,



Maintenance and QA teams during breakdowns and changeovers.
- Communicate important updates through phone, walkie-talkie and email.
- Maintain control room cleanliness and follow PPE/safety requirements.

Requirements

- 1+ years of experience in Control Room / Production Operations.
- ITI or relevant technical qualification.
- Female Candidates would be Preferred.
- Good computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of OEE, production processes, efficiency and yield.
- Valuable communication, coordination and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
