About the Role

Ausweg Info Controls Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Control Panel Design Engineer with strong hands-on experience in EPLAN and electrical control panel design.

The candidate will be responsible for independently designing control panels, preparing electrical drawings, selecting components, preparing BOMs, and supporting panel manufacturing and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop Electrical Control Panels based on project requirements
- Create electrical schematics and control circuit drawings using EPLAN
- Prepare and modify detailed electrical drawings
- Select suitable electrical and automation components
- Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and panel documentation
- Design control circuits for PLC, HMI, VFD, sensors, motors, and other automation components
- Review drawings and ensure accuracy as per project requirements
- Coordinate with panel manufacturing and project teams
- Make design modifications based on client/project requirements
- Support panel testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning
- Coordinate with clients and technical teams when required

Skills & Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Control Panel Design
- B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in EEE / ECE / Electrical / Mechatronics or related field




- Mandatory: Hands-on experience in EPLAN
- Strong practical knowledge of Electrical Control Panel Design
- Good knowledge of MCB, MCCB, contactors, relays, overloads, SMPS, terminals, etc.
- Knowledge of PLC, HMI, VFD, sensors, motors, and industrial automation
- Ability to independently read and create electrical drawings
- Experience in BOM preparation and panel documentation
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination skills

Mandatory Requirement Candidates must have 4+ years of relevant Control Panel Design experience along with hands-on EPLAN experience. Candidates without practical EPLAN experience will not be considered.
