Educational Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience

- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in contract management, tendering, and procurement for large-scale infrastructure projects.

1. Assist in the preparation, review, and finalization of tender and bidding documents for infrastructure projects.

2. Review and manage contractual documents, agreements, claims, variations, and related correspondence.

3. Possess solid knowledge and practical experience in FIDIC Conditions of Contract, including Red Book, Yellow Book, and Silver Book.

4. Have knowledge of procurement and bidding procedures of Multilateral Funding Agencies.

Prepare and review tender documents for large-scale linear infrastructure projects such as High-Speed Rail, Metro, Railway, Highways, or other major transportation projects.

6. Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders on contractual and tender-related matters.

7. Assist in contract administration and ensure compliance with applicable contractual terms and project requirements.

8. Support the evaluation of bids, preparation of contractual documents, and other procurement-related activities.

Preferred Experience: Experience in High-Speed Rail, Railway, Metro, or other large-scale linear infrastructure projects will be preferred.
