Key Responsibilities(JD) Provide first-level support for business applications and help users with reported issues.

Investigate application errors, access issues, workflow problems, and unexpected system behaviour.

Follow a clear and structured approach to troubleshooting and identify possible causes.

Use error messages, available system information, and basic logs to help understand issues.

Communicate with users in a transparent, patient, and helpful manner.

Work with technical and application teams when an issue needs further investigation.

Develop a basic understanding of APIs, integrations,



data flows, and system-to-system communication.

Record support requests, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and escalations accurately.

Look for recurring issues and share observations that may help improve the support process.

Manage day-to-day support requests while keeping users informed of progress.

Provide support for applications and processes used within the procurement environment.

Essential Skills A practical and methodical approach to troubleshooting.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Basic understanding of application errors, APIs, and integrations.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.
