Mandatory Skills Qualifications

Proficiency in NeoLoad Extensive experience with the Tricentis NeoLoad performance testing tool

Performance Testing Concepts Solid understanding of performance engineering load testing methodologies and metrics

Requirements Analysis Collaborating with stakeholders’ developers and architects to understand nonfunctional requirements and define performance testing objectives and strategies

Technical Knowledge Familiarity with web technologies client-server architecture API testing and application performance monitoring APM tools eg Dynatrace, Splunk

Execution Executing various types of performance tests including load stress endurance and capacity testing





ProblemSolving Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to pinpoint complex performance issues

Communication Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management and reporting

Desired Secondary Skills

Experience with other performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner

Knowledge of cloud platforms AWS Azure and testing cloudnative applications

Experience with testing specific enterprise applications like Oracle Fusion, JD Edwards, Peoplesoft, etc

Relevant certifications such as a Certified NeoLoad Skilled

CICD Integration Integrating performance testing into Continuous IntegrationContinuous Deployment

CICD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab to automate testing processes

Scripting skills eg JavaScript for advanced test cases are beneficia
