About the Role

We are looking for a Contract Bidding Intern with hands-on experience in bidding, tendering, procurement, and proposal preparation, who can independently manage assigned tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

- Identify and evaluate opportunities through GeM, CPPP, and state-wide e-Procurement portals.
- Conduct procurement and tender analysis, including eligibility, scope, timelines, and compliance.
- Analyse tender documents and prepare EoIs, proposals, quotations, and bid submissions.
- Track tenders, corrigendums, deadlines, submissions, and outcomes.
- Research state and national startup benefit schemes.




- Identify business opportunities and support strategic partnerships with small/medium/large-scale IT services companies.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills, with the ability to draft professional emails, proposals, and tender-related documents.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and meet deadlines.
