Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Content Writer with a deep understanding of the technology landscape—specifically in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Information Technology (IT), Cybersecurity, and Data Analytics. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical concepts and clear, engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Content Creation: Research, draft, and edit high-quality long-form and short-form technical content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, API documentation, and how-to guides.
- Domain Subject Expertise: Translate complex topics in AI/ML models, cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., Zero Trust, SOC 2, NIST), cloud infrastructure, and data analytics/BI into accessible, compelling narratives.
- SEO & Content Strategy:



Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to ensure all technical content ranks well and drives targeted, organic traffic.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with software engineers, product managers, data analysts, and security experts to gather insights, conduct interviews, and ensure technical accuracy.
- Product Documentation & Marketing: Create user guides, release notes, and product messaging that highlight feature updates, technical benefits, and key value propositions.
- Content Optimization: Audit and update existing technical content to keep it accurate, fresh, and aligned with current industry standards and technology developments.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 1-2.5+ years of proven experience in technical writing, content marketing, or tech journalism within the SaaS, IT, AI, Data Analytics, or Cybersecurity domains.
- Writing & Communication: Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio demonstrating clear, accurate, and engaging technical content.
- Research Skills: Ability to quickly digest technical documentation, whitepapers, and industry reports to extract actionable insights.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
