About the Role

We are looking for a creative and passionate Content Writer cum Social Media Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of language, a creative mindset, and a good understanding of social media trends and digital marketing.

You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and helping brands build a strong and consistent online presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms.
- Write captions, social media posts, reels scripts, blogs, website content, and ad copies.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Research current social media trends, topics, hashtags, and audience preferences.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and the marketing team to develop content.
- Monitor social media performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Maintain brand voice, tone, and consistency across all communication.
- Stay updated with digital marketing and social media trends.
- Support the team in developing creative campaigns and marketing ideas.





Requirements
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong command of English; Malayalam proficiency is an advantage.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Ability to write creative, engaging, and audience-focused content.
- Understanding of social media trends, content formats, and basic digital marketing.
- Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in content writing, social media management, or digital marketing is preferred.
