Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Producer role based in Noida.

The Content

Producer will plan, create, and manage multimedia content across video, social media, web, and other digital channels, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Daily tasks include coordinating with writers, and marketers to develop production timelines, storyboards, and content calendars. The role involves overseeing content from concept to delivery, managing revisions, optimizing content for different platforms, and maintaining consistency in tone and quality.

Producer will also track performance metrics, suggest improvements,



and support the team in executing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.

Qualifications

- Strong Content Production skills, including planning, scripting, and coordinating end-to-end content creation.
- Hands-on experience in Video Production, such as working with storyboards, shoot coordination, and post-production workflows.
- Ability to develop and execute Content Strategy that aligns with brand objectives and digital marketing goals.
- Excellent Writing skills for scripts, social copy, and web content, with attention to tone, clarity, and audience engagement.
- Experience with Content Management across platforms, including organizing assets, maintaining content calendars, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social media trends, and performance analytics to inform content decisions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with creative, marketing, and technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and maintain quality under rapid-paced conditions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communication, Film, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in a creative agency or production house environment is an advantage.
