- Good English communication skills
- Good attention to detail and decision-making skills
- Comfortable working in night shifts
- Candidates should be comfortable reviewing user-generated content as per client policies

### Salary

Up to 5 LPA

Up to 30% hike on previous CTC, based on experience and eligibility

### Key Responsibilities

- Review and moderate online/user-generated content according to client guidelines
- Identify content that violates platform policies
- Take appropriate action based on moderation guidelines
- Maintain accuracy and productivity targets
- Handle sensitive content professionally
- Ensure quality and compliance while reviewing content
- Work effectively in a rapid-paced setting
