Dach & Nona (D&N;) is an artisanal dessert and ice cream brand built on one non-negotiable principle: Clean Indulgence. We craft all our ice creams, bean-to-bar chocolates, and desserts using 100% natural, honest ingredients—free from artificial colors, synthetic flavors, chemical stabilizers, emulsifiers, and preservatives.

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and visually driven Content & Social Media Intern to capture the craft behind our kitchen, tell our brand story, and build an authentic community of clean-food lovers.

What You Will Do

- Shoot & Edit Engaging Short-Form Video: Spend time on the cafe floor and in the production kitchen capturing high-quality Reels, YouTube Shorts, and behind-the-scenes footage (scooping, chocolate tempering, baking, customer reactions).
- Storytelling & Clean Food Education: Translate our clean-label philosophy into relatable, thumb-stopping content—explaining the difference between real ingredients and industrial additives without sounding dry.
- Content Calendar & Posting: Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing daily/weekly posts, carousels,



and stories across Instagram and other relevant channels.
- Copywriting: Draft punchy, warm, and brand-aligned captions, hooks, and on-screen text that reflect D&N;’s minimalist and premium aesthetic.
- Community Engagement: Actively interact with our audience—respond to comments and DMs, engage with food creators, and track customer mentions.
- Trend Spotting: Keep a close eye on trending audio, formats, and creative concepts across food, lifestyle, and visual arts, adapting them quickly for D&N.;

What We’re Looking For
- A Strong Eye for Aesthetics: High standards for framing, lighting, minimalist composition, and food styling.
- Mobile-First Editing Skills: Proficiency with mobile video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, VN) and design platforms (Canva).
- Authentic Passion for Food: Genuine curiosity about baking, pastry, ice cream, and the movement toward clean, honest ingredients.
- Self-Starter Attitude: Comfortable jumping into a bustling cafe/kitchen environment with a smartphone or camera to capture real, unscripted moments.
- Strong Communication: Crisp English copy skills with an ear for conversational, warm brand voice.
