Position: Content Creator

Location: Hybrid – Hyderabad India

Job Type: Full-Time

UIACC is looking for a creative, energetic, and trend-aware Content Creator who can turn ideas, conversations, events, and business stories into engaging digital content.

You’ll work closely with our team to strengthen UIACC’s digital presence and showcase our growing community of entrepreneurs, business leaders, professionals, students, and global partners across India and the United States.

What You’ll Do

- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms
- Develop Reels, short-form videos, carousels, posts and event content
- Write strong captions, hooks and storytelling-driven social media copy
- Create content around entrepreneurship, business, leadership, India–U.S. opportunities and community initiatives
- Cover UIACC events, interviews, podcasts and networking activities
- Turn interviews and long-form videos into high-impact short-form content
- Research current trends and develop timely content ideas
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, marketing and community teams
- Support content calendars and campaign planning
- Maintain a consistent and professional UIACC brand voice
- Track content performance and recommend ideas to improve reach and engagement

What We’re Looking For





- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and short-form content
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to create engaging Reels and social-first content
- Basic knowledge of Canva and video-editing tools is preferred
- Strong understanding of social media trends and audience behaviour
- Interest in entrepreneurship, business, startups and global communities
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving setting
- Creative mindset with the ability to bring fresh ideas consistently
