Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator to develop engaging content for The RST Show podcast across Instagram, YouTube and other social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Podcast episodes se engaging Reels, Shorts and clips identify karna.
- Viral/trending topics aur content ideas research karna.
- Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts aur social media posts ke concepts develop karna.
- Strong hooks, captions, titles and storytelling ideas create karna.
- Podcast guests aur episodes ke liye promotional content plan karna.
- Trending audio, formats, memes and social media trends ka use karna.
- Content calendar plan aur maintain karna.
- Audience engagement aur content performance analyze karna.
- Creative team aur video editors ke saath coordinate karna.




- Podcast ki reach, engagement aur brand visibility increase karne ke liye new ideas dena.

Requirements:
- Excellent creativity and communication skills.
- Social media trends ki solid understanding.
- Instagram & YouTube content ka knowledge.
- Good understanding of hooks, storytelling and audience psychology.
- Freshers with good creative skills can apply.
- Podcast/media industry ka interest preferred.
