Key Responsibilities

- Create, shoot, edit, and upload engaging videos, reels, and other social media content.

- Manage Medisol's social media accounts and maintain a consistent content schedule.

- Create attractive content to promote our services and increase candidate reach.

- Design social media creatives, posts, stories, and promotional materials.

- Develop content ideas based on current trends and audience interests.

- Understand social media algorithms, trends, hashtags, reach, and engagement.

- Monitor social media performance and identify ways to improve reach and engagement.

- Coordinate with the concerned team to understand the services and vacancies and convert them into engaging content.

- Stay updated with new social media trends, content formats, and editing techniques.

Requirements

- Relevant degree/diploma or qualification in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Marketing, or a related field.





- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience will be an advantage.

- Mandatory: Positive video shooting and video editing skills.

- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

- Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies.

- Proficiency in video/content editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, VN, or similar platforms.

- Good communication and creative skills.

- Smart, proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn.

- Ability to independently manage content from idea → shooting → editing → uploading.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
