We are looking for a creative, energetic and hands-on Content Creator + Videographer + Video Editor who can independently create high-quality content for our brands across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn.

The ideal candidate should not be only an editor. We are looking for someone who can understand a content idea, help develop the concept, shoot the content, edit it professionally and deliver social-media-ready videos.

You will work closely with the Founder/CEO and business teams to create Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, brand videos, project walkthroughs, behind-the-scenes content and promotional content.

Key Responsibilities1. Content Creation

- Develop creative ideas for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and long-form videos.
- Research current social-media trends, formats, hooks and content styles.
- Create content calendars and weekly content plans.
- Convert business ideas into engaging video concepts.
- Suggest hooks, captions, storytelling formats and CTAs.
- Understand different content styles for Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.

1. Video Shooting

- Shoot professional-quality videos using smartphone/camera.
- Handle basic camera framing, composition, lighting and audio.
- Shoot Founder/CEO videos, interviews, talking-head videos and business content.
- Shoot office, construction, interior, furniture, real-estate and project-related content.
- Capture B-roll, product shots, walkthroughs and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Manage basic shooting equipment and ensure proper audio/video quality.

1. Video Editing

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and YouTube videos.
- Create engaging cuts, transitions, subtitles, captions and motion graphics.
- Add music, sound effects, B-roll and relevant visual elements.
- Maintain good pacing, storytelling and retention.
- Create different versions/formats for different social-media platforms.
- Perform basic color correction, audio cleanup and video enhancement.
- Create thumbnails/basic graphics when required.

Social Media Content

- Understand what makes short-form content engaging.
- Monitor trending Reels, formats, sounds and content strategies.
- Study competitor and industry content.
- Track video performance and suggest improvements.
- Work with the marketing team to improve reach, engagement and brand visibility.

1. Founder/CEO Content

The candidate will work directly with the Founder/CEO and should be comfortable:
- Planning founder-led videos.
- Suggesting topics and talking points.
- Setting up the shooting environment.
- Guiding the Founder during shooting.
- Recording multiple videos efficiently in one shoot.
- Turning one shoot into multiple Reels/Shorts/posts.

Required SkillsMust Have
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Strong video editing skills.

- Ability to identify trends and convert them into content.

Editing Software Experience with any of the following:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
- Final Cut Pro
- CapCut
- VN or similar editing software

Strong editing skills matter more than the particular software used.
