Vema Casa is looking for a dynamic Content Creator & Lead Generation Executive who can combine strong visual storytelling with disciplined client follow-up.

This is a hybrid role for someone who is comfortable shooting and editing Reels, managing Instagram content, speaking with prospective clients, and converting enquiries into qualified meetings.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Reels

- Shoot videos at luxury residential projects, live sites, completed homes and our studio.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, walkthroughs, project stories and behind-the-scenes content.
- Handle video editing, transitions, music, subtitles, text overlays and branding.
- Create approximately 3–4 high-quality Reels per week.
- Maintain an organised content library.

Instagram & Social Media

- Manage Instagram Reels, Stories and regular project updates.
- Create captions and content concepts.
- Maintain a weekly content calendar.
- Monitor DMs, comments and incoming social-media enquiries.
- Repurpose suitable content for LinkedIn and WhatsApp.

Lead Generation & Calling

- Call incoming leads from Instagram, Meta campaigns, WhatsApp and other digital sources.
- Understand client requirements, project location, scope, budget and timelines.
- Qualify reliable prospects.
- Follow up regularly with warm and old leads.




- Schedule meetings and site visits for the senior sales/design team.
- Maintain an updated CRM/lead tracker.

Key Performance Expectations
- 12–16 edited Reels per month
- Minimum 2 structured project shoots per week
- Daily Instagram Stories
- 25–40 calls/follow-ups per working day
- Minimum 5 meaningful prospect conversations per day
- Target 3–5 qualified client meetings/site visits per week
- 100% follow-up on incoming leads
- Weekly reporting of content and lead performance

Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who:
- Has 1–3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, social media or lead generation.
- Can independently shoot and edit professional-looking videos/Reels.
- Understands Instagram trends, storytelling and short-form video.
- Is comfortable speaking with clients over phone and WhatsApp.
- Has good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Is confident, presentable and organised.
- Is comfortable travelling to project sites across Gurugram/Delhi NCR.
- Has an interest in interiors, architecture, luxury lifestyle or real estate.

Experience in interior design, architecture, luxury real estate, hospitality or lifestyle brands will be an advantage.
