Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Content Creator (In Camera) role based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks.

The Content

Creator will plan, record, and present on-camera video content that showcases properties, market trends, and investment opportunities, ensuring engaging and informative storytelling for digital platforms.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to develop content ideas, scripting video segments, participating in property shoots, and aligning visuals and messaging with brand guidelines. The role also involves supporting social media campaigns, optimizing video content for multiple channels, and analyzing audience engagement to refine future content.

Creator is expected to maintain a professional on-camera presence, meet production timelines, and contribute to a consistent and compelling brand voice.

Qualifications

- Robust on-camera presence and presentation skills, with confidence in speaking clearly and professionally in English.
- Ability to conceptualize and script short-form and long-form video content for social media and digital marketing.
- Experience collaborating with videographers, editors, and marketing teams during property shoots and content production.
- Understanding of real estate or willingness to quickly learn property-related terminology, market trends, and investment concepts.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn) and best practices for video content engagement.
- Basic knowledge of video production processes; experience with camera work or directing is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and storytelling skills, with attention to detail and a client-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Hyderabad, manage schedules, and adapt to on-site property visits and studio recordings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Performing Arts, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
- Prior experience in content creation, broadcasting, vlogging, or hosting digital shows is highly beneficial.
