About the Role

We are looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator Intern who understands social media, enjoys creating short-form content, and can turn ideas into engaging Reels, Shorts, posts, and stories.

Key Responsibilities

Brainstorm and create engaging content ideas for Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.

Write short scripts, hooks, captions and content concepts.

Shoot and assist in creating Reels, Shorts and other short-form videos.

Appear on camera and confidently present educational, career and industry-related content.

Research trending topics, formats, sounds, memes and content styles.

Assist with basic video editing using CapCut, Canva or similar tools.





Repurpose existing Protrainy content into engaging social media formats.

Work with the marketing team to execute the content calendar.

Track content performance and suggest ideas to improve reach and engagement.

Requirements

Strong interest in social media and content creation.

Good communication and storytelling skills.

Comfortable appearing on camera.

Basic knowledge of Canva and/or CapCut.

Positive understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and current trends.

Creative, proactive and willing to experiment with new content formats.

Students and freshers are welcome to apply.

A portfolio, personal Instagram page, YouTube channel or previous content work is a plus.
