About Splitify

Founded by IITM/IIMB alumni, Splitify is an AI-first personal finance app built on free expense splitting. We combine shared bills, personal spending tracking, and smart categorization into one simple platform. By using AI to automate the tedious parts of tracking shared and personal expenses, we eliminate the friction of managing money with friends and help users get a clear picture of their finances.

The Role



We are looking for an Instagram-focused Social Media Manager who values virality, quality, and sharp messaging over churning out raw volume. To us, posting 1 reel that hits high views is significantly more valuable than posting 5 average reels. Prior experience working with tech brands is preferred.

You will own the Splitify Instagram presence, experiment with formats that highlight our core features, and kickstart our influencer marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities





Content Creation: Manage end-to-end production of Instagram Reels and posts. The initial baseline is roughly 8 Reels and 4 Posts per month, but this volume is versatile—we will adjust based on what drives the highest quality and reach.

Growth Strategy: Focus heavily on maximizing total monthly views and driving follower growth through highly shareable, relatable content.

Influencer Marketing: Strategize, negotiate, and deploy an initial influencer marketing budget of < ₹10,000/month. As we test and find what works, this budget will build up.

Compensation & Targets

Fixed Pay: ₹15,000 per month

Performance Bonus: Up to ₹5,000 per month for hitting monthly targets
