Job Summary

Aapaavani Environmental Solutions is looking for a creative and skilled Content Creator on a contractual basis to develop engaging visual and written content for the company's marketing and communication requirements.

The candidate will be responsible for conceptualising, shooting, editing, and producing high-quality content , including videos, reels, photographs, and other creative materials related to the company's activities, services, projects, events, and environmental initiatives.

The role requires someone who is creative, proactive, comfortable with on-site content production, and capable of independently handling the complete content creation process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation

- Create engaging video and photo content for the company's communication and promotional requirements.
- Develop creative concepts, scripts, storyboards, and content ideas.
- Create short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, informational videos, and event coverage content.
- Capture photographs and videos during company activities, projects, events, and site visits.
- Develop content that communicates the company's environmental solutions and services in a simple and engaging manner.

2. Video Production & Editing

- Plan and execute on-site video shoots.
- Handle basic videography and photography requirements.
- Edit reels, short videos, promotional videos, and other digital content.
- Add captions, subtitles, transitions, graphics, music, voiceovers,



and other relevant elements.
- Ensure all final content maintains professional quality and follows the company's visual identity.

3. Creative Content Development

- Generate fresh and engaging content ideas.
- Convert company information and technical subjects into easy-to-understand visual content.
- Develop creative concepts for campaigns, events, projects, and company initiatives.
- Collaborate with the internal team to understand content requirements and deliver creatives accordingly.

4. On-Site Content Coverage

- Visit project sites, client locations, events, exhibitions, and other relevant locations for content creation.
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage, project activities, interviews, demonstrations, and company achievements.
- Coordinate with team members during shoots to ensure required content is captured.

5. Content Documentation

- Maintain organised files of photographs, videos, edited content, and raw footage.
- Ensure all content is properly labelled and stored for future use.
- Maintain a library of usable company photographs and video footage.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum Qualification: Any qualification
- Prior experience in content creation, videography, photography, or video editing is preferred.




- Freshers with strong creative skills and a good portfolio may also be considered.

- Good photography and videography skills.
- Strong video editing skills.
- Creative thinking and storytelling ability.
- Valuable communication skills.
- Ability to write basic scripts and captions.
- Ability to work independently and manage content assignments.
- Comfortable with on-site shooting and travelling to project locations when required.
- Good understanding of framing, lighting, composition, and video storytelling.

Software Skills Knowledge of any of the following tools will be an advantage:

- CapCut
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Canva
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Lightroom
- Other professional video/photo editing software

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Creative and visually oriented.
- Confident in handling cameras/mobile devices for professional content creation.
- Comfortable appearing on camera when required.
- Able to work in outdoor and on-site environments.
- Willing to travel for shoots, events, exhibitions, and project coverage.
- Has a strong portfolio demonstrating previous content creation work.
- Ability to understand requirements and deliver content within deadlines.

Portfolio Requirement Candidates should share a portfolio showcasing previous work, preferably including:
