About the Role

We are looking for a creative, confident and trend-aware Content Creator & Social Media Executive who can manage social media accounts and create engaging content for multiple brands.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable being on camera, have good communication skills, understand social media trends, and be able to turn creative ideas into engaging Reels, posts and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and maintain social media content calendars.
- Create engaging Reels, videos, posts, stories and carousel content.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera and creating on-camera content, including product videos, talking-head videos, Reels and promotional content.
- Write creative hooks, captions, scripts and social media copy.
- Research trending Reels, sounds, formats, memes and content ideas.
- Develop creative concepts for different brands and products.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors and marketing teams to execute content.
- Assist with shoot planning, content ideation and on-camera presentations.
- Monitor social media engagement and identify opportunities to improve content performance.
- Stay updated with the latest social media and digital content trends.
- Ensure all content follows the brand's tone,



guidelines and objectives.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confident and comfortable in front of the camera.
- Good storytelling and creative thinking abilities.
- Ability to write engaging hooks, captions and short-form video scripts.
- Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and content requirements.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or similar tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of AI content creation tools is an added advantage.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.

Qualifications A degree/diploma in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Digital Marketing or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in content creation or social media is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
