Job Title: Content Creation Manager

We are looking for an experienced and creative Content Creation Manager to oversee the planning, development, production, and execution of content across our digital platforms. The candidate will manage the complete content workflow and coordinate with the creative team to ensure consistent, engaging, and high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage the overall content strategy.
- Plan monthly and weekly content calendars.
- Identify content opportunities based on trends, audience interests, and business objectives.
- Manage the complete content production process from concept to final publication.
- Coordinate with Brand Strategists, Videographers, Video Editors, Presenters, and other team members.
- Develop concepts for Reels, videos, campaigns, advertisements, and promotional content.
- Review content before publishing to ensure quality and brand consistency.
- Monitor content performance, reach, engagement, and audience response.




- Analyze performance data and improve future content strategies.
- Ensure timely completion of content projects.
- Stay updated with Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital content trends.
- Maintain consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, media, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Solid planning, coordination, and project-management abilities.
- Experience managing a creative/content team is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Portfolio or examples of previous content work are preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
