Contract Duration- 3 Months
Shift Timing- 2 pm-11pm and 5 Days working (WFO)

Requirements:
- Good typing speed (minimum 30 WPM)
- Good communication skills
- Mandatory work from office during the training period
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate systems efficiently
Expectations:
- No PTO will be allowed during peak periods due to higher volumes
- Candidates will handle chats and emails only (no calls)
- Shifts are not fixed, but will primarily be 2 pm11 pm IST
- Walk-in interviews are preferred to allow in-person assessment and quicker decision-making
