About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Consultant Nuclear Medicine Physician to join our team in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will have expertise in diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine, molecular imaging, and radionuclide-based procedures, with a strong focus on accurate interpretation, patient safety, and multidisciplinary care.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform and interpret a wide range of nuclear medicine diagnostic studies, including:
- PET-CT
- SPECT / SPECT-CT
- Whole-body bone scans
- Renal, hepatobiliary, thyroid, and other functional imaging studies
- Oncological and cardiac nuclear medicine studies, as applicable
- Interpret PET-CT and SPECT-CT studies and provide accurate, clinically relevant reports.
- Correlate nuclear medicine findings with clinical history, laboratory results, and other imaging modalities.
- Perform and supervise radionuclide therapies, as per qualification and institutional protocols.
- Counsel patients and their families regarding nuclear medicine investigations and therapeutic procedures.
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with oncologists, surgeons, radiologists, physicians, and other specialists for multidisciplinary patient management.




- Participate in tumour boards and multidisciplinary clinical discussions where required.
- Maintain appropriate documentation, consent, and treatment records.
- Contribute to quality assurance, clinical audits, and departmental protocols.
- Keep updated with advances in molecular imaging, theranostics, and radionuclide therapy.

Candidate Profile
- MD / DNB in Nuclear Medicine from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the relevant medical council.
- Experience in PET-CT, SPECT-CT, and nuclear medicine procedures preferred.
- Exposure to radionuclide therapies and theranostics will be an advantage.
- Robust diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
- Good communication and patient counselling abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Candidates with relevant post-qualification experience in a hospital or diagnostic centre will be preferred.

Preferred Expertise
- PET-CT reporting, particularly oncological imaging.
- SPECT / SPECT-CT interpretation.
- Nuclear cardiology and bone imaging.
- Thyroid and other therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures.
- Theranostics and targeted radionuclide therapy.
- Familiarity with PACS/RIS and digital reporting systems.
- Knowledge of radiation protection and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
