Description

We are looking for an experienced Lab Informatics Consultant with strong expertise in LabWare LIMS V7 and V6. The candidate should have hands-on experience in installation, enhancements, application support, administration, and various LIMS modules and processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Valuable experience in the Lab Informatics field, particularly with LabWare V7 and V6, including experience in installation and enhancements.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Knowledge Management processes.




- Worked on various LIMS modules, including:
- Hands-on experience with Crystal Reports.
- Experience in DR, UAR, and Backup & Restore activities.
- Experience working with LIMS static data, including:
- Analyses
- Product Specification
- Item Code
- Sample Plans
- Access Routines
- Query Tags
- Folder Template
- Sample Login Template

- Perform application health checks, monitoring, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Support application stability and ensure effective resolution of incidents and service-related issues.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to support enhancements and ongoing LabWare LIMS requirements.
