Key Responsibilities

- D365 AMS support team (with functional knowledge and sys admin support experience)
- Manage ticket queues and workload distribution
- Drive SLA and KPI compliance
- Manage escalations and stakeholder communication
- Participate in weekly and monthly governance meetings
- Review RCA and Problem Management activities
- Support continuous service improvement initiatives
