Role Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Consultant Doctor – Aesthetic, Hair & Skin to join our Hair & Skin Department.

The role is primarily focused on aesthetic consultations, skin and hair treatments, anti-ageing solutions, hair restoration procedures and non-surgical hair replacement consultations. The doctor will be responsible for understanding clients' aesthetic and clinical concerns, conducting detailed consultations, recommending personalised treatment plans, performing or supervising treatments within their qualifications and applicable clinical scope, and ensuring a premium client experience.

The role also involves ethical consultation-to-conversion, where the doctor will educate clients about suitable treatment options and guide them towards appropriate procedures, treatment plans and packages based on their genuine requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Aesthetic & Skin Consultation

Conduct detailed consultations for aesthetic and dermatological concerns. Assess clients' skin condition, concerns, expectations, medical history and treatment goals.

Develop personalised aesthetic treatment plans based on individual requirements.

Counsel clients regarding treatment procedures, expected outcomes, timelines, limitations, precautions and aftercare.

Recommend appropriate procedures for concerns such as:

Acne and acne scars

Pigmentation and uneven skin tone

Skin texture and open pores

Signs of ageing

Fine lines and wrinkles

Dull or dehydrated skin

Hair reduction

Skin rejuvenation

Facial contouring and other aesthetic concerns

1. Aesthetic Treatments & Procedures

Perform or supervise aesthetic procedures within the doctor's qualifications, training and applicable clinical scope. Treatments may include, where qualified and authorised:

Chemical Peels

Hydrafacial / Medifacial

Laser-based skin treatments

Laser Hair Reduction

PRP / GFC

Microneedling / CIT

Acne and pigmentation treatments

Skin rejuvenation procedures

Anti-ageing treatments

Botox and Dermal Fillers





Other approved aesthetic procedures

Ensure appropriate pre-treatment assessment, informed counselling, treatment protocols, safety standards and post-treatment care.
1. Hair & Scalp Consultation

Conduct consultations for hair fall, hair thinning, alopecia and scalp-related concerns. Assess the client's hair/scalp condition, medical history and treatment requirements.

Recommend suitable hair growth, hair-loss management and scalp treatment plans.

Counsel clients regarding available hair restoration and hair management options.

Monitor treatment progress and conduct follow-ups.

Recommend appropriate procedures such as PRP/GFC or other hair treatments where clinically appropriate and within scope.

1. Non-Surgical Hair System Consultation

Consult clients experiencing significant hair loss, thinning or baldness. Understand the client's hair-loss pattern, lifestyle, expectations and aesthetic goals.

Educate clients about Non-Surgical Hair Systems / Hair Replacement Solutions.

Explain suitability, benefits, limitations, maintenance requirements and expected appearance.

Recommend suitable hair system solutions in coordination with the technical team.

Coordinate with the hair system team for fitting, styling, maintenance and aftercare.

Ensure clients receive realistic and appropriate guidance throughout the service journey.

1. Client Consultation & Ethical Conversion

Conduct professional and comprehensive consultations that build client confidence and trust. Identify the client's primary concern and recommend the most appropriate treatment or service.

Explain treatment options, benefits, limitations, pricing/packages and expected outcomes clearly.

Address client doubts, concerns and objections professionally.





Convert consultations into appropriate treatment plans and packages through ethical, medically appropriate counselling.

Follow up with prospective clients who require additional time before proceeding.

Maintain robust consultation-to-conversion and treatment-retention performance.

Ensure that no unrealistic promises or misleading claims are made to clients.

1. Client Experience & Treatment Follow-Up

Deliver a premium and professional consultation experience. Maintain detailed consultation and treatment records.

Monitor treatment outcomes and client progress.

Conduct follow-ups and recommend modifications where required.

Coordinate with therapists, technicians and other team members to ensure continuity of care.

Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, professionalism and client confidentiality.

Desired Profile

MBBS / BDS / BHMS / BAMS / MD / PG qualification or other relevant medical qualification, as applicable to the procedures being performed.

Relevant experience in Aesthetic Medicine, Dermatology, Cosmetology, Hair Restoration or Clinical Aesthetics preferred.

Experience with aesthetic procedures such as Botox, Fillers, PRP/GFC, Laser, Chemical Peels, Microneedling and Hydrafacial will be an advantage.

Strong consultation and client counselling skills.

Good understanding of aesthetic treatment planning and client expectations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Commercially aware with the ability to drive ethical consultation conversions.

Professional, presentable and confident personality.

Ability to work collaboratively with the aesthetic, hair, skin and technical teams.
