As a Consultant at Business Sweden, you will participate in and deliver projects that support leading Swedish companies in their international business development and expansion in India. These projects mainly cover India and the South Asia region, although we frequently collaborate on cross-market projects with colleagues across our APAC offices.

The role includes both strategic, tactic and operational responsibilities such as:

- Supporting our clients’ growth strategies by participating in diverse consulting assessments (e.g. market entry, feasibility studies, sector analysis, partner searches, stakeholder analysis and management) and promotion activities (e.g. support in driving platforms, initiatives, trade delegations and exhibitions).
- Arrangement of and participation in business meetings between clients and local actors.
- Supporting Swedish companies and stakeholders on export-related matters.
- Developing current market insights and delivering in-depth market analyses and strategic advisory services.

The role is based in Bangalore, but you will be expected to work with our teams and clients around the world, as required. Business Sweden has been present in India since 1996 and has a team of around 30 colleagues across our offices in New Delhi, Bangalore,



and Mumbai.

Formal requirements

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in management consulting, business development, or a similar advisory role.
- A strong interest in business development and internationalization.
- Experience in selling advisory or consulting services.
- Ability to engage effectively with both government and private-sector stakeholders. You are results-oriented, analytical, and adaptable.
- Experience managing long-term programs and projects involving multiple workstreams and complex stakeholder environments.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills are required.
