Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for technical leaders who want to solve enterprise problems, not simply write code. You will work directly with the technology organizations of major banks to design and deliver how Zafin fits into highly complex banking ecosystems. The role combines solution architecture, engineering depth, consulting and client leadership. You should be equally credible discussing architecture with a bank CTO organization and working with engineers to resolve a difficult integration problem.

We are particularly interested in architects and senior engineers from:
- Leading technology consulting, systems integration, and transformation practices
- Global product and engineering organizations such as Microsoft, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Red Hat, Atlassian, Intuit, and comparable companies
- High-growth enterprise SaaS organizations with strong engineering cultures

Candidates should bring deep technical expertise across:
- Java and Spring Boot engineering
- REST APIs and API architecture
- Kafka and event-driven architectures




- Relational databases and data architecture
- Azure or comparable cloud platforms
- Docker, Kubernetes, and contemporary CI/CD practices
- Enterprise integration patterns and frameworks
- Designing and delivering scalable, resilient, and distributed enterprise systems

We are looking for individuals who combine hands-on engineering depth with strong architecture and problem-solving capabilities, particularly in complex enterprise environments.
