- Work with clients and provide leadership on ITSM best practicesn
- Gather and understand requirements from clientsn
- Conduct gap analysis and assessments to identify the delta between ServiceNow and ITSM processesn
- Design, develop and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutionsn
- Develop and test all ServiceNow and ITSM Applications Suite Implementationsn
- Install and Configure ServiceNow infrastructure environmentn
- Assist in designing, developing and product demonstration of productn
- Participate in Project team collaboration sessions with PM, ITTL engineers and administratorsn
- Provide support for existing production applications and recommend opportunities for enhancementsn
- Design and configure user experiences using ServiceNow Next Experience, UI Builder, and Workspace technologiesn
- Apply ServiceNow UX standards, personas, and design patterns consistently across modulesn
- Configure and maintain:n

- Partner with engineers and product teams to ensure UX aligns with platform architecture and CSDM where applicablen

nQualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related technical fieldn
- 5+ years hands on implementation experience with ServiceNow ITSM productsn
- 5+ experience developing with ServiceNow software suiten
- Experience in upgrades to ServiceNown
- ITIL 3V Foundation Certifiedn
- Knowledge and experience with web development ( HTML, JavaScript, C++, HTTP)n
- Knowledge of major task, deliverables, formal methodologies and disciplines for delivering new enhances applicationsn
- Experience with IT Service Management, service desk, asset management, incident manage
