Construction Site Supervisor

Experience: 5–10 Years

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Construction Site Supervisor with 5–10 years of relevant experience to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the site.
- Manage workers, subcontractors, and site resources effectively.
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor construction progress and report updates to the Project Manager/Engineer.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure proper use of materials.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other site personnel.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues and delays.




- Maintain daily site reports, attendance, material records, and progress documentation.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices at the construction site.

Requirements:

- 5–10 years of experience in construction site supervision.
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, and site procedures.
- Robust leadership and team-management skills.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at construction sites and manage site activities independently.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
