We are looking for an experienced and active Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, manage labor, and ensure residential construction or villa projects progress smoothly according to schedule and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site operations, construction activities, and labor force in office. Ensure construction work aligns with structural drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor material usage, handle daily reporting of work progress, and manage on-site material requirements (such as concrete, steel, and fittings).

Coordinate with contractors, workers, and management to resolve any on-site issues promptly. Maintain safety standards and ensure labor discipline on the site.

Requirements: Proven experience working as a construction site supervisor or in a similar site management role.



Good knowledge of building construction materials, concrete work, and site processes. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage workers effectively. Ability to read structural drawings and manage timelines.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
