Job Purpose-

To manage and supervise construction activities of commercial projects, ensuring timely completion, quality, safety, cost control and effective coordination with contractors and consultants.

Key Responsibilities: -

Plan and monitor day-to-day construction activities as per approved project schedule.

Supervise RCC, structural, architectural, MEP coordination and finishing works.

Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.

Monitor manpower, material and equipment requirements at site.

Review work progress and take corrective action to achieve project milestones.

Ensure proper inspection, testing and quality documentation.

Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution of technical and execution-related problems.

Monitor contractor performance and productivity.

Ensure compliance with EHS / safety procedures at site.





Check quantities, work measurements, and support billing/certification activities.

Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and highlight critical issues to the Project Head.

Maintain proper project documentation, records and as-built information.

Support project planning, coordination, and handover activities.

Required Technical Skills: -

Strong knowledge of RCC and commercial building construction.

Positive understanding of structural and architectural drawings.

Knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing and planning.

Experience in finishing works and MEP coordination.

Knowledge of quality control and construction standards.

Ability to manage contractors and site teams.

Good understanding of project schedules and productivity monitoring.

Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and project planning tools such as MS Project/Primavera is preferred.
