We are currently seeking a Engineer / Lead / Manager reporting directly to our Site / Line Manager / Construction to join our team based in India.

About you:

Construction Manager:

- Oversee site construction activities and contractor performance.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and project requirements.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Commissioning teams.
- Manage construction risks, progress reporting, and issue resolution.
- Support commissioning, startup, and project handover.

Electrical:

- Manage installation of HV/MV/LV systems, substations, switchgear, transformers, and cabling.
- Supervise contractors and site teams to meet project schedules and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, project specifications, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, Procurement, and Commissioning teams.
- Support testing, energization, commissioning, and handover activities.

Instrumentation

- Manage installation of instrumentation, control systems, DCS, PLC, ESD, and Fire & Gas systems.
- Coordinate construction activities with Engineering, QA/QC, HSE, and Commissioning teams.
- Supervise contractors and ensure adherence to project specifications and schedules.
- Oversee cable installation, instrument calibration, loop checks, and system testing.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and industry standards.
- Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, and project handover activities.

RCM:

- Manage multiple construction projects and site teams across the region.




- Ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, quality, and HSE requirements.
- Oversee EPC contractors and subcontractor performance.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Commissioning, and Operations teams.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and resource allocation.
- Drive construction best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support project commissioning, handover, and close-out activities.

Piping:

- Lead piping construction activities for refinery and oil & gas projects.
- Supervise piping installation, fabrication, erection, testing, and hydrotesting.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, codes, and quality requirements.
- Monitor construction schedules, manpower, productivity, and costs.
- Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, and mechanical completion activities.
- Enforce HSE policies and ensure a safe work environment.
- Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, Planning, and Operations teams.

Structural Lead: Lead structural construction activities for Oil & Gas, refinery, and petrochemical projects, ensuring safe, quality, and timely execution of structural steel, equipment foundations, and civil-structural works.

- Supervise structural steel fabrication and erection activities.
- Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and HSE requirements.
- Coordinate with Civil, Mechanical, Piping, and Construction teams.
- Monitor contractor performance, construction progress, and quality standards.
- Support site inspections, risk assessments, and project handover activities.

Civil Lead: Lead and supervise civil construction activities for Oil & Gas, refinery, petrochemical, and industrial projects, ensuring safe, quality, and timely execution of civil works.

- Manage civil works including foundations, buildings, roads, drainage, and underground utilities.
- Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and HSE requirements.
- Coordinate with Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Construction teams.
- Monitor contractor performance, construction progress, and quality standards.
- Support inspections, site planning, and project handover activities.

Material Manager:



Manage material planning, procurement coordination, inventory control, storage, and distribution for Oil & Gas construction projects to ensure timely availability of materials and productive project execution.

- Oversee material receipt, storage, inventory, and issuance at project sites.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Construction, and Logistics teams.
- Monitor material availability to support project schedules.
- Manage warehouse operations and material tracking systems.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.

Planning The Planning Engineer is responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules for Oil & Gas construction projects. The role involves coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks, delays, and mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to track deliverables.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead plans.
- Perform schedule analysis, critical path reviews, and resource planning.
- Support project controls, cost tracking, and change management activities.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and contractual requirements.
