Role Description The Computer Science Faculty member will deliver engaging classroom instruction, develop and refine course content, and mentor learners preparing for tech careers. Day-to-day responsibilities include teaching core computer science and programming concepts, designing assessments, and providing feedback to help learners strengthen their technical and problem-solving skills. The role also involves collaborating with other faculty to align curriculum with current industry standards and placement requirements, conducting doubt-clearing sessions, and supporting students’ interview and coding test readiness.

This is a full-time, in office position based in Chennai.





Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Computer Science and Information Technology, with the ability to teach core concepts clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in Programming (preferably multiple languages) and practical experience applying these skills in academic or industry settings.
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity principles and practices, with the capacity to introduce learners to contemporary security challenges and solutions.
- Experience in Curriculum Development, including designing structured modules, projects, and assessments aligned to tech job requirements.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience, especially with college or early-career learners, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and engage diverse learner groups.
- Comfort with using digital tools, coding platforms, and online learning resources to enhance classroom delivery.
- Commitment to learner success, with an aptitude for providing constructive feedback and academic guidance.
