We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Computer Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of the organization's IT systems, computer infrastructure, and technical support services. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning day to day computer and IT operations.
- Lead, train, and evaluate computer operators and IT support staff
- Attending Customer queries (Internal & External)
- Documentation
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and company policies
Preferred candidate profile
- 3-5 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or computer center management.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and valuable communication skills
- Good understanding of SAP ERP, inventory management, warehouse operations, stock movement, dispatch processes, and supply chain systems.
- Experience in managing IT operations for CFA (Carrying & Forwarding Agent) facilities, Warehouses, Distribution Centers, or Supply Chain Operations will be highly preferred.
