Role & responsibilities

- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately.

- Manage digital files, documents, and records.

- Prepare reports and maintain spreadsheets.

- Handle emails and basic online tasks.

- Ensure proper data backup and record maintenance.

- Perform other computer and administrative duties as assigned.

Preferred candidate profile

- Basic to valuable knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and internet applications.

- Good typing speed and accuracy.

- Basic communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadline

- Previous experience in computer operation or data entry is preferred.
