Job Summary

We are looking for a Computer Engineer to provide technical support, diagnose and repair laptops and computers, and ensure quality service to customers. The candidate should have good technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop, desktop, and computer hardware issues.

- Perform hardware installation, replacement, repair, and maintenance.

- Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and required software.

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.

- Perform laptop and desktop servicing as per company standards.

- Handle customer service requests and provide technical support.

- Conduct testing and quality checks after completing repairs.

- Maintain proper service records and update job status.

- Coordinate with the service and sales teams when required.

- Explain technical issues and solutions clearly to customers.

- Maintain service tools, equipment, and work area properly.





- Follow company service procedures and safety standards.

Skills Required

- Good knowledge of computer hardware and software.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of Windows installation and configuration.

- Basic knowledge of networking and system maintenance.

- Knowledge of laptop and desktop components.

- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to learn new technologies and products.

Qualification

- Diploma / Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- Relevant technical certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 1–2 years of experience in laptop/computer service or technical support is preferred.

- Freshers with good technical knowledge may also be considered.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
