Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Computer Faculty / IT Trainer to teach computer science and information technology courses to students. The candidate will be responsible for conducting theoretical and practical classes, preparing course materials, evaluating students, and helping learners develop practical computer and programming skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct computer science and IT classes for students.
- Explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, practical exercises, and study materials.
- Conduct laboratory/practical sessions and programming exercises.
- Evaluate students through assignments, tests, practicals, and examinations.
- Monitor student attendance, performance, and progress.
- Provide individual guidance and doubt-solving support.
- Conduct coding and computer practical sessions.
- Keep course content updated according to current technology and industry requirements.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Participate in examinations, workshops, seminars, and other academic activities.
- Prepare student performance reports when required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in:

- B.Sc. Computer Science / IT
- M.Sc. Computer Science / IT
- or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of computer fundamentals and programming.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts effectively.
- Good classroom management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Teaching or training experience.
- Practical programming/project experience.
- Experience with web development technologies.
- Knowledge of contemporary development tools and frameworks.
- Ability to create practical projects and assignments.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and development environments.

Experience Freshers: Candidates with strong technical knowledge and communication skills may apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
