We are looking for 2 CS Trainees to join our Practising Company Secretary (PCS) Firm in Sector 46, Gurgaon, near Millennium City Centre Metro Station.

The selected candidates will work on a diverse range of professional assignments and will gain practical exposure in:

- IPR & Trademark Matters
- RERA Matters
- Transaction Advisory
- Secretarial Compliance
- Corporate Laws
- Startup Advisory
- FSSAI & Regulatory Matters

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting in preparation and filing of statutory and regulatory applications.
- Assisting in trademark, IPR and RERA-related matters.
- Handling and maintaining corporate and secretarial records.
- Assisting in compliance under applicable corporate laws and regulations.
- Supporting transaction advisory and startup-related assignments.
- Conducting basic legal and regulatory research.
- Coordinating with clients and government/regulatory authorities as required.




- Assisting in drafting applications, notices, replies, agreements and other skilled documents.

Eligibility:

- Only CS Professional Passed candidates may apply.
- Candidates residing in or around Gurgaon will be preferred.
- Candidates should have good drafting, communication and research skills.
- Willingness to learn and work across multiple areas of corporate and regulatory practice is essential.
