Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and filing corporate governance and regulatory documents with regulatory bodies like SEBI, BSE, NSE, etc.

Prepare and maintain statutory registers, records, and other legal documents as per the Companies Act, 2013.

Draft and review legal documents including minutes of meetings, resolutions, notices, and agendas.

Support in ensuring timely compliance with various corporate laws, including SEBI regulations.

Assist with the preparation of reports for the Board of Directors and shareholder meetings.

Coordinate with external agencies, including legal consultants, auditors, and government bodies.

Conduct research on corporate laws and regulations relevant to the broking industry.

Support in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other corporate documents.





Assist in ensuring compliance with the stock exchange regulations and other applicable statutory requirements.

Provide administrative support for the company's compliance activities.

Skills and Qualifications

Currently pursuing or completed Company Secretary (CS) course from ICSI.

Basic knowledge of corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and stock exchange compliance.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Solid communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with a keen interest in learning about the financial and broking sectors.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
