Company Description Roligt Foods is a Hyderabad-based company focused on building clean food systems that prioritize people over shelf life. Its first brand, CocoWorks is its consumer-facing brand.

The company is building clean-label, minimally processed nutrihydration around tender coconut, with a deliberately evidence-led standard: claims must be defensible, product choices must be honest, and execution must be rigorous. The business is at an early stage, so the people who join need to be comfortable creating structure while the company is still moving fast. Roligt promotes a fun and engaging culture, reflected in its name, which means “fun” in Swedish and is pronounced “Ro-Lit.”

Role Description: The Community Outreach Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

- Build and maintain relationships with startup communities, coworking spaces, founders, HR/People teams, fitness and wellness communities, colleges, resident communities and event organisers.
- Identify and secure opportunities for CocoWorks community activations, sampling, pop-ups, hydration partnerships and Nurture Station pilots.
- Research local ecosystems and maintain a structured database of prospects, partners, events and introductions.
- Represent CocoWorks at conferences, community events, founder gatherings, wellness events and relevant brand activations.
- Coordinate the full event cycle: outreach, confirmations, logistics, product movement, on-ground execution and post-event follow-up.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to qualify leads generated through community channels and move high-potential opportunities into the commercial pipeline.
- Create easy, repeatable community playbooks for outreach, event selection, partner onboarding and followup
- Capture learnings from communities: what people ask, what resonates,



objections, product feedback and partnership opportunities.
- Support community-led content by identifying stories, people, places and moments that can be turned into useful brand narratives.
- Maintain disciplined CRM / tracking hygiene so that every meaningful conversation has a next step

What we are looking for:

- 1-3 years of experience in community management, partnerships, events, field marketing, sales development, public relations or customer-facing roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills and genuine curiosity about people and communities.
- Comfort with cold outreach, introductions, follow-ups and asking for meetings or pilots.
- Excellent organisation and on-ground execution skills; you can manage multiple moving parts without losing the thread.
- Strong writing and communication skills in English; Telugu/Hindi is a plus for Hyderabad-facing work.
- Basic comfort with spreadsheets, CRM tools and reporting.
- A bias toward action and an ability to operate independently in an early-stage environment.
- Interest in food, wellness, sustainability, startups or community ecosystems is a plus.
