Community Marketing Associate

What you will be doing

- 1. Own end-to-end event execution: Plan and execute workshops, Buildathons, AMAs, and community events by managing timelines, speaker coordination, event operations, live execution, and post-event follow-ups.

- 1. Drive event growth and GTM: Write event narratives, landing pages, promotional copy, and member communication. Develop distribution strategies that improve registrations, attendance, and engagement.

- 1. Enable and support community hosts: Partner with member hosts, help them prepare for sessions, provide operational support, and ensure every event delivers a high-quality experience.

- 1. Track performance and improve outcomes: Monitor registrations, attendance, member feedback, and event performance. Identify trends, surface insights, and recommend improvements that strengthen future events.

- 1. Build systems that scale: Turn recurring operational challenges into playbooks, checklists, and workflows that improve consistency and efficiency.

- 1. Collaborate across teams: Work closely with community, marketing, product, and operations teams to continuously improve the member experience.

What we are looking for

- 1-3 years of experience in community, events, marketing, operations, program management, or a similar role. Solid internship experience with meaningful ownership is also valued.

- Strong execution and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- High ownership and accountability.

- Ability to learn quickly, solve problems independently,



and improve existing processes.

- Comfort using AI products and tools in day-to-day work.

- A product mindset with an understanding of user experience, engagement, and distribution.

- Experience building automations or operational workflows.

- Familiarity with no-code tools or basic coding.
