Role Summary: We are hiring a Commis 2 for Mezcalita to assist with basic food preparation tasks and support the kitchen team during daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with basic prep work washing, cutting, peeling, portioning ingredients

- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area, tools, and equipment

- Follow instructions from Commis 1/CDP/DCDP for daily tasks

- Support stock unloading, storage, and organization

- Adhere to hygiene and food safety guidelines at all times

- Assist senior kitchen staff during service hours

Requirements:

- Basic culinary training/certificate preferred

- 1 - 2 years of experience

- Willingness to learn and grow within the kitchen team

- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
