Reports To: Commis II / Chef de Partie

Experience Level: Entry Level

Job Summary The Commis III assists in basic kitchen operations and food preparation while learning standard cooking methods and hygiene practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform basic food preparation (washing, peeling, chopping)
- Assist in mise-en-place under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment
- Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards
- Support senior kitchen staff during service

Qualifications

- Certificate / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
- 6 months –1 year of kitchen experience

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
